The objectives of this first part are i) to get to know us better, ii) to quickly recall the project structure and iii) to take advantage of the recent COST experience of some of us in order to optimise the management of our action.

12:00am-2pm: Break

2-3:30pm - SECOND PART (by Working Groups) with specific programmes depending on the WG considered.

The aim of this second part is to organise/plan the scientific WG activities for 2025 depending on the specific tasks and deliverables for 2025. In particular, we need to identify who is responsible for these tasks/deliverables. Please bring your own ideas! To present yourself during this part, you are asked to prepare 1 or 2 slides with i) your background, ii) the lists of your current PhD/postdoc/projects and iii) your ideas for contributing to the scientific activities of your main WG...

3:30-5pm - THIRD PART (again in common) for a restitution of what will have been said in the WG and general discussions/exchanges of ideas.
